Before a photo shoot

How do I make an appointment?

Would you like to meet or receive more information? Contact me.

What if I want to book a shoot, then what?

First of all congratulations! You have decided to give yourself a wonderful gift. That alone deserves my respect.

Once we have set a date, I will send you further information on practical matters such as how to prepare, what to bring along, etc.

You will be well prepared for your photo shoot!

Photo shoot

Are all the women you shoot models?

Most of my clients are moms who have never been in front of a professional photographer before. I love to photograph women of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds.

Occasionally I will hire professional models to photograph. Sometimes for training purposes, sometimes because I can use the images for promotions.

I’ve never posed before, is that a problem?

Of course, it’s exciting if you have never posed before. Fortunately for you, it’s not my first time 🙂

I’ll help you and coach you. Before we start, we have discussed what style you want and what you like about yourself. Have faith, it will work out perfectly!

I’m rather anxious, can I bring someone along?

Yes of course! If you feel that this person makes you feel more comfortable and brings a positive contribution to this fun experience, she is absolutely welcome!

I’d like to be informed in advance … and only one friend please!

I’m really nervous. Is that normal?

It is definitely normal to be nervous for your boudoir session, so don’t worry. Most of my clients are nervous until the session has gone on for a few minutes. After it starts, you’ll begin to loosen up. If you’re still nervous, try out these relaxation tips we’ve provided in another blog post: Click here.

After a photo shoot

Will my photo’s be posted on the site and social media?

The short answer: We decide together.

The longer answer: You decide where your boundaries lie. Suppose we do a photo shoot with lingerie and implicit nude. You can indicate that you only want the lingerie on the site and not the implied nude photos. Of course, I would like to post your photos: You probably decided to book a shoot with me because you saw my work. But let me be very clear on this: You set the boundaries. No hard feelings!

Within your boundaries, I decide if and which images I post to my portfolio.

We put our agreements on paper, so we’ll always have them at hand.
